GREEN HOME APPRAISAL CERTIFICATE

According to Freddie Mac; homes that measure greater than 30% energy efficient can see an increase in resale value up to 5%. Additionally studies show that homes with solar systems may see increase of another 1-3%. If your home is greater than 30% “Green” or energy efficient, be sure your mortgage lender is using a Sprk Certified Appraiser. Sprk Certified appraisers include in their appraisals a Green Appraisal Certificate. When a Sprk Energy Audit is completed as a part of the home appraisal, an appraiser will have the information they need to accurately assess a home with energy improvements. This report includes:
